Based on the quantity of posts I have been making this month, you would think I wasn't scrapping, but I am. I have been working on my DT work for Scrap of Difference. Jo has been running a challenge a week where you have to create something (yes anything) with a particular PP and she is offering 20% off that range for the week of the challenge this week has been Bella. I have also prepared a submission for a new DT (wish me luck).
I've been finishing off my LO's for the Basic Grey Book of Me album which I have been doing one double LO a month on and I still have three LO's to complete (got a little behind). I have done most of the LO's but still have to work out what pictures to use.
Anyway, enough from me, as this may be my last post before christmas so I just want to wish you all a happy and safe holiday season.
Thanks for Looking.

Busy, Busy, Busy....
Well I have almost been too busy to scrap of late, but I have managed to get a couple of LO's completed. The first one completes a couple of tasks for me, it is my entry at Out of the Hat this month, where the criteria were to have Polka dot PP, rubons and hand cutting. I have cut butterflies and the picture, I have a rubon on the title and I have Polka dot PP as my background which is MME Laundry line.
The pictures are of Mel's Daughter and she was a winner in a silent auction where you got 'me' to do a LO for you.

This second LO is for a Dress Up challenge at Aussie Girls gone Scrappin. You needed to use felt, hand cutting and have a dress up theme on your LO.

Thanks for Looking.

Cybercrop at Scrap of Difference
There is a cybercrop on at Scrap of Difference this weekend and the theme (being November) is Rememberence. So my challenge was to se the sketch Challenge and I decided to use one of the awesome pencil lines sketches and then say you need to make sure you are 'recording a memory' and something you don't want to forget for later. I also want to see buttons on the LO. Here is my sample:
Here is the journalling so you can see how I have recorded my memory.

Getting time to Scrap
Finding time to scrap has been hard of late, but I was invited over to a friends house yesterday and got some scrapping done. It was lovely, we sat in the aircon, chatted and scrapped. In the afternoon she had a Stamp n' Up demonstrator come over. To tell you the truth, I have never been really into stamping, but after seeing someone use them, I think I have just never had the 'right' stamps or ink or anything. So there went the budget for the month!! But here is what I scrapped:
This is for Challenge Haven for their sketch Challenge.
I have left space on this LO for Journaling as it is for a friend and she can then write about her son's swimming lessons.

The second LO I did last night and was for Ann-Marie's Challenge at Scrap of Difference. Ann-Marie is the Guest DT member this month and set the challenge to use the "Love is like a Butterfly" poem as your inspiration and to use at least one butterfly on your page.

Rolled Paper Flower Tutorial
After a request from Katie, I have tracked down the paper flower tutorial I used to make these flowers for my LO below. The tutorial is for an OTP and they used cardstock, where as I used PP and inked the outside edge, but it is the same thing :)

Hope you all enjoy it and let me know if you have used it as I'd love to check it out.
Thanks for Looking.
